Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy
We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened tennis ball cans
- Custom-strung racquets (made to your specifications)
- Personalized or monogrammed items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund timing: Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Funds will appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Refund method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- You’ll be responsible for shipping costs for both the return and new shipment unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
